All orders over $49.5 receive free shipping within the lower 48 states. High-value orders are shipped at no additional cost.
Shipment Policy
Hyperdealss is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Orders are typically processed soon after being placed, but please note that orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered service days for express deliveries. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
For questions regarding your order, you may reach us at +1-800-765-8555 during standard business hours (8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday). For assistance outside of normal business hours, please use our Contact Form and our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours.
Please note that once an order progresses to a certain stage in fulfilment, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel.
Orders shipped via UPS to a P.O. Box require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes located within the local Post Office. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes may incur additional shipping charges, which the customer may be responsible for.

Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Hyperdealss cannot be held accountable for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or carrier service disruptions. Claims for replacement products or credit for merchandise marked as shipped but not received will be investigated. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with incorrectly addressed orders.
