Hyperdealss Return & Refund Policy
Please read our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy carefully before or after placing an order, or before considering a return. By placing an order with hyperdealss.shop, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to this policy. At Hyperdealss, we are dedicated to exceptional customer satisfaction, offering helpful online and phone support, as well as an efficient return process. We aim to address calls and emails regarding returns the same day or within 2 business days. For creating a return, please review the guidelines below.
General Information
- Orders can be canceled up until they are shipped. Once shipped, the Shipping Fee is non-refundable. Orders returned due to customer error/dislike/over-purchasing/any factors aside from damage and defects will also have a non-refundable Shipping Fee.
- Returns require an RMA form.
- Products must be returned in their original, resalable condition, including all hardware, wires, packaging, and accessories. Excessive tape, stickers, or notes on product boxes will make them ineligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of the return, depending on your financial institution. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs related to incorrect or incomplete address information or ordering errors.
- Installed products are not eligible for returns but are eligible for replacement if there are issues with the fixture.
- All returned items must have their original packaging.
30-Day General Return Policy
- Return requests can be initiated within 30 days of the original invoice date by emailing info@lumensdepot.com, filling Return Request form or calling +1-800-765-8555. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be provided based on your preference. An RMA form will be included for your return package(s).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. For these cases, we will provide the return labels.
- For exchanges, you can either wait for us to process the return and ship the replacement or purchase a new product upfront and receive a refund once we receive your returned item(s).
Return Guidelines
- Packages should not be overly taped, labelled, or damaged to ensure the box and its barcodes remain intact and resalable.
- Include the RMA form near the top of the package or in an envelope taped outside. Products should have all accessories and parts originally provided.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects, flickering, damage during transit, or failure to turn on. If the model has been discontinued, we will provide the best available replacement.
Mandatory Documents for Claims
Send the following to info@lumensdepot.com for processing claims:
- Order number or name on the order.
- Photos or videos demonstrating the defect alongside working products (if applicable).
- Model number of the defective product.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
Note: Claims without all required documents will not be processed.
Lost Packages / Shipping Errors
- If your package is delayed during transit, we will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue, and at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
- If a package is marked as "Delivered" but not received, we will assist with the carrier investigation, but the final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure accurate shipping information and a secure delivery location.
Miscellaneous Information
- Custom and pre-order products are non-refundable and ineligible for exchanges or credits.
- (Refund, Replacement or Credit) We provide a warranty for reasons, including but not limited to driver issues, unexpected dimming, manufacturing defects, flickering/flashing, damage during transit, or if the light simply won’t turn on. Please note that if we have discontinued a model, we will offer the next best comparable one as a replacement. And for the exact warranty length, please check the specific product's page.
